I’m finally on Week 6 for hundrepush! I repeated Week 5 for the past three weeks, and this past Saturday, I was able to max out at 50 push ups. I needed at least 46 push ups to move on. SWEET.

I also noticed something on Saturday. My lower back muscles give out before my arms and chest. I can get to 40 push ups easily, but the last few push ups burned my lower back more than my chest and arms. I believe I have the muscle in my arms and chest to get to 60 or 70 push ups, but my lower back is holding me back.

I guess I’m stuck on Week 6 for several more weeks until my lower back muscles have enough endurance to hold my body in position for 100 push ups.
